House

Well, after a long debate and much thought, we listed our house last week. We've decided to buy an MLS # and try to sell it ourselves without a realtor. It's listed on all the major sites, we just have to show it ourselves if we get any calls.

On the buying side: we've looked at about 15 houses in person and 100s online. We've narrowed it down to one house that we like in Carlisle. Our only concerns are that the kitchen might be too small and the master bathroom isn't exactly our taste. I hate the way the house looks from the outside, but it's huge for the price and the basement is to die for. The bedrooms are huge and the lot is perfect.

Jeff is out of town all week. San Francisco till Wednesday and Philly with the friends the rest of the week. I hope to be showing the house when he gets back.
